Return Policy

Returns policy:

Returns must reach us within 21 days of purchase in their original packaging and in a resalable condition, notification of returns must be made within seven days of purchase or reciept of the goods (whichever is longer) for a full refund. It must be accompanied by the original sales invoice relating to the goods. Should the goods be correctly supplied, return postage costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged/ faulty or incorrect goods dispatched:

If the goods have been damaged in transit, are faulty or have been incorrectly supplied - Please contact us before sending the goods back. We require your personal details, so that we can contact you, along with a brief explanation of the problem.
NOTE: Please inform us of goods damaged in transit within seven days of receiving them. Beyond this period we will be unable to accept responsibility.
