We endeavour to deliver orders within 3 working days, all items are sent via UPS or by Royal Mail Special Delivery service. Due to previous issues we no longer send items using the standard Royal Mail 1st / 2nd class. Where the item is large or of significant value we may use an alternative service, in which case we will specify an addition cost before departure. Delivery is subject to the carriers delivery schedules and can be affected by weather and other factors.
If the goods have been damaged in transit, are faulty or have been incorrectly supplied - Please contact us before sending the goods back. We require your personal details, so that we can contact you, along with a brief explanation of the problem. IMPORTANT: Please inform us of goods damaged in transit within seven days of receiving them, beyond this period we will be unable to accept responsibility.
Correctly supplied goods are only accepted back when received back in their original condition and packaging, and only within 28 days of the original purchase date.
All items will require a signature on delivery, we will provide proof of delivery on request.
This signature will be be considered proof of delivery at the stated delivery address regardless of who signs for the item. So please check with other members of staff/family who may sign for deliveries. It will be your responsibility to contest the validity of a signature with the delivery company.
We do not deliver to any international destinations.
