We endeavour to deliver orders within 3 working days, all items are sent via UPS Express Delivery or by Royal Mail standard or Special Delivery service.   Please be aware using the standard Royal Mail 1st class can attract an additional delay.   Where the item is large or of significant value we may use an alternative service, in which case we will specify an addition cost before departure.  Delivery is subject to the carriers delivery schedules and can be affected by weather and other factors.     Due to coronavirus delivery may be significantly delayed.

Where an item is required urgently please contact us by telephone so we can check the item is in stock and available to be sent immediately, our daily cut off point for orders is 2pm, after this time orders will be processed on the next working day.

International orders are now only dispatched by courier, if you are outside of the UK please contact us with your address for a quote.

This signature will be be considered proof of delivery at the stated delivery address regardless of who signs for the item. So please check with other members of staff/family who may sign for deliveries.     It will be your responsibility to contest the validity of a signature with Royal Mail or the delivery company.

Deliveries to EU countries may be liable for VAT, Duty and handling charges by a third party delivery service and / or customs in the recipient country and Prodash Ltd hold no responsibility for any charges levied by customs or delivery companies relating to these shipments.
